Laser, workshop

with

Les lasers dans la pratique quotidienne dentaire – 26 & 27 June 2026, EEBIC Brussels

Over two intensive days, organized by DMBA in partnership with Dentozo Academy, participants discovered how laser technology can transform everyday dental practice. Under the guidance of Dr. Sami El Toum, a short but thorough theoretical part covered the essentials: how dental lasers work, their indications, safety protocols, and clinical applications in oral pathology and surgery.

The main focus, however, was on practice. Most of the course was dedicated to hands-on training: each participant worked directly with the lasers on animal models, practicing incisions, excisions, and soft-tissue procedures step by step, with personal supervision and feedback from the instructor. This practical approach allowed everyone to build real confidence and leave the course ready to integrate lasers into their daily work for more precise, comfortable, and minimally invasive patient care.
